To the extent that terms are capitalized in these FAQs, the terms have specified meanings defined in the Marriott Bonvoy Program Rules or the United MileagePlus Program Rules, as applicable, and/or the Terms and Conditions for this Promotion. This includes, without limitation, the definitions of properties participating in Marriott Bonvoy®, Qualifying Nights, Stays, Qualifying Rates, Qualifying Charges, Gold Elite, Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite, Ambassador Elite Members in the Marriott Bonvoy Program Rules and the definitions of Premier® Gold, Premier Platinum and Premier 1K® status in the United MileagePlus® Program Rules.

    • If you are 18+ and enrolled in the Preferred Partnership Program, formerly known as RewardsPlus, you are eligible to register for this Dual Currency Promotion.
    • United MileagePlus members with Premier Gold, Premier Platinum and Premier 1K status who have not enrolled in the Preferred Partnership Program, upon enrollment, are eligible to register for this Dual Currency Promotion. Join at marriottbonvoy.unitedmileageplus.com.
    • Marriott Bonvoy members with Titanium Elite or Ambassador Elite status who haven’t enrolled in the Preferred Partnership Program, upon enrollment, are eligible to register for this Dual Currency Promotion. Join at travel-partner.marriott.com/united/en-us.
    • Marriott Bonvoy members who select miles as their earning preference in their Marriott Bonvoy Account are not eligible for this Promotion and won’t receive the bonus, even if the other terms and conditions of this Promotion have been met.
    • No. Members who select miles as their earning preference in their Marriott Bonvoy Account aren’t eligible for this Promotion and won’t receive the bonus, even if the other terms and conditions of this Promotion have been met. Eligible Participants must select Marriott Bonvoy Points as their earning preference.
    • Eligible Participants will earn 2,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points and 1,500 United MileagePlus miles for each Qualified Booking.
    • “Eligible Flights”: (i) an Eligible Participant (ii) having an itinerary documented with a confirmation number, (iii) booked with money, (iv) completing a flight from such itinerary operated by United® or United Express®, and (v) with travel that begins no later than September 30, 2026, 11:59 p.m. EDT. Flights booked with miles or “money and miles” are not eligible for this Promotion. Eligible Participants will earn 2,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points for each unique Eligible Flight when they have an Eligible Stay.
    • “Eligible Stays”: (i) a stay by an Eligible Participant, (ii) of at least one (1) night at hotel participating in the Marriott Bonvoy program, (iii) with the stay commencing (i.e., arrived at the hotel) no later than September 30, 2026, 11:59 p.m. EDT, and (iv) paid for with money. Stays booked with points or “money and points” are not eligible for this Promotion. Eligible Participants will earn 1,500 United MileagePlus miles per Eligible Stay when they have an Eligible Flight.
      • Miles will not be awarded per night as in previous Dual Currency campaigns.
    • Eligible Participants who complete a “Qualified Booking” will earn 2,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points and 1,500 United MileagePlus miles.
      • If an Eligible Participant has more Eligible Flights than Eligible Stays or more Eligible Stays than Eligible Flights, they will only earn miles and points for the same number of Eligible Flights and Eligible Stays.
        • Example: An Eligible Participant has 4 Eligible Flights and 7 Eligible Stays; they will only earn 6,000 United MileagePlus miles and 8,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points, which reflect 4 Eligible Flights and 4 Eligible Stays. The additional 3 stays would not be awarded points as they have to align with the number of flights.
    • Promotion registration begins July 1, 2026, at 12:00am EDT, but you will not start earning until July 15, 2026, at 12:00am EDT.
    • If you have a question about earning United MileagePlus miles for a stay at a property participating in Marriott Bonvoy, contact Marriott Bonvoy Member Support. If you have a question about earning Marriott Bonvoy Points for an eligible flight, please contact United support.
    • Yes. Eligible Itineraries and Eligible Stays that are completed during the promotion period are eligible, regardless of when you register for the Promotion, as long as you register before the end of the Promotion Registration Period.
    • Yes. You can earn Marriott Bonvoy Points for Eligible Itineraries and/or United MileagePlus miles for Eligible Stays, regardless of when the stay or itinerary was booked, if you register for the Promotion during the Promotion Registration Period and the Eligible Itineraries and/or Eligible Stays are completed during the Promotion Travel Period.
    • The Promotion Registration Period is July 1, 2026, 12:00 a.m. EDT through August 31, 2026, 11:59 p.m. EDT.
    • All travel, including Eligible Flights and Eligible Stays, must be completed between July 15, 2026, and September 30, 2026, 11:59 p.m. EDT.
    • If your stay commences during the Promotion Travel Period, it is an Eligible Stay.
    • No. Only itineraries with flights operated by United® or United Express® are eligible.
    • No, you may not earn Marriott Bonvoy Points for that flight.
