For Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Members

  • Marriott Bonvoy members who hold Ambassador Elite status on March 31, 2024 and who have registered for the Preferred Partnership Program between United MileagePlus and Marriott Bonvoy by March 31, 2024.

  • Members who become eligible for the promotion and/or register for the Preferred Partnership Program after the start of the promotional period (January 1, 2024) but before the end of the promotional period (March 31, 2024) will have all of their eligible spend during the promotional period count towards the challenge goals.

  • Members who become eligible for the promotion and/or register for the Preferred Partnership Program after the start of the promotional period (January 1, 2024) but before the end of the promotional period (March 31, 2024) will have all of their eligible spend during the promotional period count towards the challenge goals.

  • Members who meet the promotional spend goals will be notified via email once the promotional period is closed.

  • Members may visit http://www.united.com/marriottbonvoyelevatedoffer and sign in with their United MileagePlus account information to view their 2024 annual spend and track their progress toward completing the promotional spend goal.

  • PlusPoints will be deposited into your MileagePlus account after the end of the promotional period if you have met the promotional spend goal. Please allow up to 21 days for the PlusPoints to appear in your MileagePlus account.

  • Yes. PlusPoints earned from this promotion will expire on 1/31/26.

  • No. Spend on tickets purchased for flights operated by a Star Alliance™ member airline or another United partner airline with tickets issued by United will not qualify for this offer. Spend will not be counted for flight segments that aren’t operated by United or United Express.

For United MileagePlus Premier 1K+ status holders

  • MileagePlus members who hold Premier 1K or Global Services status on March 31, 2024 and who have registered for the Preferred Partnership Program between United MileagePlus and Marriott Bonvoy by March 31, 2024.

  • Members who become eligible for the promotion and/or register for the Preferred Partnership Program after the start of the promotional period (January 1, 2024) but before the end of the promotional period (March 31, 2024) will have all of their eligible spend during the promotional period count towards the challenge goals.

  • Members who become eligible for the promotion and/or register for the Preferred Partnership Program after the start of the promotional period (January 1, 2024) but before the end of the promotional period (March 31, 2024) will have all of their eligible spend during the promotional period count towards the challenge goals.

  • Members who meet the promotional spend goals will be notified via email once the promotional period is closed.

  • To track qualifying spend with Marriott International, members may visit their Marriott Bonvoy My Account page on their profile to view their 2024 annual spend and track their progress toward completing the promotional spend goal.

  • Nightly Upgrade Awards, formerly known as Suite Night Awards (SNA) will be deposited into your Marriott Bonvoy account after the end of the promotional period if you have met the promotional spend goal. Please allow up to 21 business days for the NUAs to appear in your Marriott Bonvoy account.

  • Yes. Marriott Bonvoy Nightly Upgrade Awards will expire 12/31/25.
