
Marriott Bonvoy & Miles & More Preferred Partnership
Terms and Conditions
Note: These terms and conditions (the “Preferred Partnership Rules”) form the basis of the Preferred Partnership offered by the Marriott Bonvoy® Loyalty Program (“Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program” or ” Marriott Bonvoy”) and the Miles & More Loyalty Program (“Miles & More”). Registration and participation in the Preferred Partnership will be governed by the Preferred Partnership Rules, the “Miles & More Terms and Conditions of Participation” and the “Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions”, which are the participant’s responsibility to read and understand. By submitting a registration request for, participating in or availing the benefits of the Preferred Partnership, participants agree to be bound by the Preferred Partnership Rules, the Miles & More Program Rules and the Marriott Bonvoy Program Rules.
General conditions of the Preferred Partnership Program
- The Preferred Partnership is offered by Marriott Bonvoy and Miles & More.

To be eligible to participate in the Preferred Partnership, members must:
- Be a Miles & More Loyalty Program member (“Miles & More Member”) and have an account in good standing (“Miles & More Account”), all in accordance with the Miles & More Terms and Conditions of Participation; and
- Be a Marriott Bonvoy member (“Marriott Bonvoy Member”) and have an account in good standing (“Marriott Bonvoy Account”), all in accordance with the Marriott Bonvoy Terms and Conditions. Miles & More Members and Marriott Bonvoy Members may also be referred to as “Members” in these Preferred Partnership Rules.
- Further, to be eligible to participate in the Preferred Partnership, active members of both programs must register and link their Marriott Bonvoy Account and their Miles & More Account (each an “Account”) and become a “Joint Member”. To link Accounts, Members must visit the dedicated page and select “Link your accounts” to link the two Accounts. Please note that the first and last name of both Accounts must match for the registration to be processed.
- A Marriott Bonvoy Account and a Miles & More Account can be linked only once and once unlinked, cannot be relinked again.

Miles & More Senator and HON Circle Members are entitled to receive Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite Status for a minimum of 12 months, after registration, provided Member is continually a Miles & More SEN or HON, respectively.
- Members should allow up to 48 hours after registration for their accounts to reflect Gold Elite Status.
- This benefit cannot be applied to Members who have a Marriott member status above Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite, or if the Member has Gold Elite Status and their elite expiration date is greater than the expiration date for the Gold Elite Status they are qualified for. Gold Elite Status in the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program that is granted through the Preferred Partnership Program may not be combined, added or stacked with any elite qualification requirements to achieve a higher Elite status level in the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program. A Joint Member may earn 40 Miles & More Points on each Qualified Stay, up to a maximum of 120 Miles & More Points per year, (“Points Offering”), in addition to Marriott Bonvoy points and Miles & More Miles, at the following participating brands. A “Qualified Stay” means that the Joint Member stays at least 2 consecutive paid nights in one of the following participating hotel brands:

Members should allow up to 8 weeks after check-out for Miles and More Miles and/or Miles and More Points and/or Marriott Bonvoy points to post to the Account. - Registration and/or participation in the Preferred Partnership is subject to compliance with all of the Preferred Partnership Rules, regulations, policies, procedures, conditions of participation, benefits, awards and special offers, as applicable, that the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program and the Miles & More Loyalty Program may, in their discretion, adopt from time to time, and which the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program and the Miles & More Loyalty Program have the sole right to interpret and apply. Any failure by the participant to comply with the Miles & More Program Rules or the Marriott Bonvoy Program Rules, or any action or misconduct by the participant that is detrimental to or is fraudulent in connection with the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program and/or the Miles & More Loyalty Program may result in the suspension or termination of participation in the Preferred Partnership Program. In addition to the previous statement, and not to the exclusion of other actions the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program or the Miles & More Loyalty Program may take, each of the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program and/or Miles & More Loyalty Program also reserves the right to prevent, cancel, or reverse Status Offering transactions and/or Points Offering transactions where (i) there is reason to believe that the identity of the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program or Miles & More Loyalty Program Member does not match the identity of the person to receive the Status Offering and/or Points Offering; or (ii) there is reason to suspect any fraudulent activity connected with the Status Offering and/or Points Offering.
- The accumulation of Miles & More Miles and/or Miles & More Points and/or Marriott Bonvoy points, Elite Status or any other status does not entitle Members to any vested rights with respect to the Preferred Partnership Program, the Miles & More Loyalty Program or the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program.
- All calculations and determinations made in connection with the Preferred Partnership, including without limitation with respect to the accumulation of mileage, points and the satisfaction of the qualification requirements for Elite status, as applicable, in connection with the Preferred Partnership Program, will be made by the Miles & More Loyalty Program and the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program in their discretion and all such calculations and determinations will be considered final. The Miles & More Loyalty Program and the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program reserve the right to request further supporting documentation from the Member to validate the satisfaction of the Criteria (defined below) but shall have no obligation to do so. The Miles & More Loyalty Program and the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program reserve the right to revise or reverse their determinations.
- No Miles & More Miles, Miles & More Points, Marriott Bonvoy points, Elite Status, or other benefits issued pursuant to the Preferred Partnership Program may be transferred, sold, bartered or assigned, except as expressly permitted by the Marriott Bonvoy Program Rules and the Miles & More Program Rules.
- By participating in the Preferred Partnership, Members consent to Marriott Bonvoy and Miles & More each sharing and receiving Miles & More Member data and Marriott Bonvoy Member data with and from Marriott Bonvoy and Miles & More and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents. Such data will be used by Marriott Bonvoy and Miles & More in connection with the Preferred Partnership and will be used individually by Marriott Bonvoy and Miles & More in accordance with their respective privacy policies, which can be found at marriott.com/about/privacy.mi and Miles & More Programme Data Protection Policy | Miles & More.
- Marriott Bonvoy has the right to terminate the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program or to change, limit, modify or cancel the Marriott Bonvoy Program Rules, regulations, policies, procedures, conditions of participation, benefits, awards and special offers, in whole or in part, at any time, in accordance with its Program Rules, even though such changes may affect the value of Marriott Bonvoy points, Miles & More Points, or Miles & More Miles. Miles & More has the right to terminate the Miles & More Loyalty Program or to change, limit, modify or cancel the Miles & More Program Rules, regulations, policies, procedures, conditions of participation, benefits, awards and special offers, in whole or in part, at any time, in accordance with its Program Rules, even though such changes may affect the value of Marriott Bonvoy points, Miles & More Points, or Miles & More Miles.
- The Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program and the Miles & More Loyalty Program have the right to terminate the Preferred Partnership Program or to change the Preferred Partnership Rules, regulations, policies, procedures, conditions of participation, benefits, awards and special offers, in whole or in part, at any time.
